Images uploaded to the TalkImg site can only be used on the Bitcointalk.com forum, except as previously agreed with a user for their images. All uploaded images must follow the same rules that the Bitcointalk.com forum applies to this subject.
3. NSFW Images
All NSFW (Not Safe For Work) images will not be accepted or tolerated. NSFW refers to content that may be considered offensive, disturbing, or inappropriate for a professional environment. Examples of NSFW images include but are not limited to, explicit nudity, sexual acts, graphic violence, images of illegal drugs, discrimination, or hate speech. The TalkImg site reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, which images are considered NSFW.
4. Image Moderation
TalkImg moderators have the right to moderate all images uploaded by users, including removing any image that violates copyright or is NSFW. Moderators will review images reported by users and may remove, edit, or disable any content they deem inappropriate or in violation of site policies, without notice. The TalkImg site reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, which images violate these policies.
5. Use of Images
The images uploaded to TalkImg are intended to be used only on the Bitcointalk forum or on another site requested by the user about the images they upload to the site. TalkImg will not use the images uploaded by users for any other purpose than hosting and sharing on the mentioned platforms. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they have the copyright to the uploaded images and do not violate the rights of third parties. TalkImg is not responsible for any misuse or copyright infringement related to images uploaded by users.

TalkImg is hosted on servers located in Europe and the United States of America. As a result, it is subject to the laws of those countries. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the images you upload to the site. TalkImg assumes no responsibility for user violation of applicable laws.
